My name is Kim and I am the new receptionist at Burnside Medical Centre. For the past thirteen years I have worked in the Veterinary industry as both a vet nurse and more recently as a receptionist. A few months ago, I decided I needed a change so I applied for the reception job at Burnside. It has been quite a steep learning curve for me but I am slowly getting my head around it all and I enjoy a challenge.
I have lived in Christchurch for thirty years now but was born and raised in Northland before that. I am married and have three adult children as well as two retired greyhounds.
In my spare time I like to go for walks, especially around the port hills and in the forest. As well as reading and watching movies and cooking.
